Azhaippu provides digital services only. No physical products are shipped and nothing is delivered to a postal address; all invitations are delivered online.
1. How we deliver
Your invitation is sent to the email address or WhatsApp number you give at the time of order, as a file (image, PDF or video) or as a website link. No shipping charges apply.
2. Delivery timelines

Timelines start after payment is received and you have sent all event details and photos. A draft is shared first for your approval, and the final invitation is delivered after approval.
3. Delays
Delays may happen if details are sent late, revisions are requested, or because of internet or platform issues beyond our control. We will keep you informed about your order status.
4. Not received?
If you have not received your invitation within the stated time, please check your spam folder and then contact us with your order ID.
