1. Our services

Azhaippu designs and delivers digital invitations for weddings, engagements, birthdays, housewarmings and other events, including image, PDF and video invitations and invitation websites. We provide digital services only and do not sell or ship physical products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is true and complete.

3. Orders and pricing

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed only after full payment (or the advance amount stated for that product) is received.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not store your card or bank details. You agree not to use any payment method you are not authorised to use.

5. Your content and responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, venue details and spellings you provide.
• Please check the draft carefully before final approval. We are not responsible for errors that were present in an approved draft.
• You confirm that you have the right to use any photos, music or content you send us, and that it does not violate anyone's copyright or privacy.
• We may refuse content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes others' rights.

6. Revisions

Each design includes 2 free revisions before final approval. Additional changes after approval may be charged.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Timelines start after payment and receipt of all required details from you.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All templates, designs, graphics, logos and website content belong to Azhaippu. On full payment, you may use the final invitation for your personal event. You may not resell, copy or reuse our templates or designs for commercial purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, including delays caused by internet issues, third-party platform outages or events beyond our control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or upload viruses or harmful code.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
